Pattern Making
We develop precise patterns based on approved designs, measurements, size specifications, and construction requirements. Each pattern is carefully reviewed to achieve the desired fit, proportions, and garment construction.
Pre-Production Sample
Before bulk manufacturing begins, we develop a detailed pre-production sample based on the approved specifications. This stage allows our clients to evaluate the fit, construction, materials, colors, branding, and overall appearance before production is initiated.
Material & Fabric Sourcing
We source suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and other components through trusted supply partners. Materials are evaluated for quality, consistency, performance, and suitability before being released for production.
Cutting & Printing Process
Once materials are approved, fabrics are accurately cut according to finalized patterns and production specifications. Depending on the product requirements, panels are then prepared for printing, embroidery, appliqué, or other customized decoration processes.
Sewing & Quality Check
Our skilled production teams assemble each garment with attention to construction, measurements, finishing, and workmanship. Quality checks are carried out throughout the process to identify and resolve inconsistencies before products move to the finishing stage.
Packing & Delivery
Completed garments undergo final inspection, pressing, tagging, folding, and packing according to the client's requirements. Once approved, finished orders are securely packed and prepared for shipment through reliable logistics partners to destinations worldwide.
